I had a fantastic experience at Sundance Resort, marked by the very nice staff and a variety of engaging activities. However, I noticed that while the pool was large and inviting, it lacked a shallow end, which might not be suitable for families with young children. Overall, it was a nice stay with both positives and a few areas that could use improvement.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the pool and beach. I had a nice balcony to relax on, but I found the shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Sundance Resort. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The cleanliness was hit or miss, and while some staff were friendly, the food quality was very disappointing. I'd say it was more of a 3.5-star experience rather than the 4-star rating they boast.
